ShipRules

ShipRules terms of service

Effective September 23, 2026

Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you, the merchant who installs ShipRules on a Shopify store, and AndrewTechful ("we"), who provides the app. By installing or using ShipRules you accept them. Shopify's own terms continue to govern your Shopify account, your store and the way Shopify bills you for apps.

What the app does

ShipRules finds fully paid, unfulfilled orders from the same customer going to the same shipping address and merges them into one order: the duplicate order's items are added to the kept order at no charge, the duplicate order's shipping charge is refunded, and the duplicate order is cancelled. It merges only when your merge rules or your approval say so, records every attempt in the audit log, and lets you undo a merge.

Your responsibilities

Plans and billing

Plans and their prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and on the app's Shopify App Store listing. Subscriptions are charged through Shopify, appear on your Shopify invoice, and renew every 30 days until you change plan or uninstall the app. Uninstalling ends the subscription. Development stores are given free test charges.

If you believe you were charged in error, email info@andrewtechful.com and we will look into it with you; any refund is issued through Shopify. We may change prices for future billing periods, and we will tell you in the app before a change applies to you.

Your data

How the app reads, stores, retains and deletes data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms: ShipRules privacy policy

We use your store's data only to provide the app to you. We do not sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers the privacy policy names.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change the app. If we change these terms in a material way, we will post the new version here with a new effective date; continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. Shopify remains the record of your orders, and a merge can be undone from the audit log.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin; your subscription ends and your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend or end access for a store that breaks these terms or whose subscription is unpaid, and we will tell you why.
